About Me!
Hi, I'm Mercedes!
You might know me as the flexible pole dancer, recognise me from first dates, Sidemen Sunday, have stumbled across me somewhere on social media — or maybe we haven't met yet.
I'm a model, content creator, professional pole dancer, amateur boxer and motorcycle enthusiast from Sussex, with a habit of collecting hobbies that involve either adrenaline, creativity, or both.
Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up competing in gymnastics before discovering pole at 18, eventually going on to compete, win competitions and become a professional pole dancer. Since then, my world has expanded into modelling, fitness, boxing, motorcycles, snowboarding, bouldering and creating content online for an audience around the world.
In 2024, life took a fairly dramatic turn when a catastrophic motorcycle accident very nearly ended mine. I sustained injuries I was incredibly lucky to survive, died and was resuscitated, and began a long road of recovery that would change almost everything about my life. Somehow, it still didn't cure my inability to sit still.
These days, you'll usually find me training, riding something with two wheels, creating something, hanging upside down somewhere I probably shouldn't be, or sharing whatever adventure I've got myself into next.
I've been lucky enough to build an incredible community online that allows me to make a living doing the things I love — and somehow turn my slightly chaotic collection of interests into a career.
